Medium Well - an online e-commerce store partner
A successful regional footwear and accessories retailer came to Medium Well to help launch their
online store. This retailer needed an e-commerce partner to both launch and manage a site which
would retain the style and branding of their existing brick and mortar retail stores.
Website Build-out/Marketing Strategy
In conjunction with SK Creative, Medium Well built a successful site that was elegant and easy to
navigate with clear functionality and usability. In addition, Medium Well wrote and implemented
an online marketing strategy to include an aggressive email marketing campaign, keyword-use
research and a well-managed pay-per-click campaign. Using Miva Merchant, the site was scalable,
easy to administer, and robust. Over a two year period the site grew to contain hundreds of
individual products, across a number of categories. Online sales grew dramatically.
Photography / Store Management
Shooting upwards of 100 products per month, Medium Well was also responsible for bi-weekly product
updates, as well as continuous management of the product categories.
Email Blasts / Splash Page Updates
In keeping with an aggressive e-marketing campaign, Medium Well managed an extensive list of email
accounts, sending out approximately two email mailers per month. These mailers were reflected in
corresponding Splash Page updates. Constantly changing these two means of communication kept the
online message fresh and pertinent.
