West NYC – E-commerce Site and Blog re Sneakers and Activewear
West NYC came to Medium Well with one main issue: their website. At the time, West NYC had a blog through the well-known site Blogger and found their options to be too limited. They also wanted a design overhaul with a fresh look for their online presence.

The result was precisely what they wanted – a custom blog that better reflected their ideas and brand overall, that was easy to update, along with an online place to sell their products.
- Using a custom WordPress theme, Medium Well integrated the new blog with existing content, seamlessly importing all articles, images, and categories from the old blog into the new one.
- More content was added – a Facebook like box, an email subscription box, and links to their Twitter and Facebook pages – making the blog more up-to-date with social media standards.
- A tag cloud sorted by category was also added, making it easier to find favorite brands and styles with one simple click, and a list of all brands carried with links to their websites ensures that the customer is fully informed and getting only quality products.
- An e-shop was added for those dedicated fans of the company to buy shirts and hats with the logo of West NYC. The sales go through Paypal to create a safe and easy shopping experience for everyone.
